1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the organization. The CEO implements the organization's vision, mission, strategies, and policies, makes major executive decisions, coordinates senior management, monitors organizational performance, and ensures that organizational objectives are achieved.

2. Shareholders and Investors

Shareholders and investors provide an important foundation for the organization. Shareholders provide ownership, while investors provide financial capital to support organizational activities. Both require the organization to use its resources responsibly and provide reliable information about its performance and future plans.

a) Shareholders (Owners)

Shareholders are the owners of the company because they hold ownership interests in the organization. Their main concern is the long-term performance, sustainability, and value of the company. They participate in important corporate matters through their ownership rights and expect management to use company resources responsibly.

Shareholders also require accurate financial, operational, and strategic information about the company. This information enables them to understand the company's performance and exercise their ownership and governance rights effectively.

b) Investors

Investors provide financial capital to an organization with the expectation of receiving an appropriate return or achieving other agreed objectives. Their investment can support activities such as business expansion, purchasing assets, developing new products or services, and improving organizational capacity.

Investors require reliable information about financial performance, risks, opportunities, and future plans. Therefore, proper financial management, reporting, and responsible use of resources are important in maintaining investor confidence.

3. Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for providing corporate governance, oversight, and strategic guidance. The Board monitors management performance, considers major organizational matters, and ensures that the organization operates according to approved objectives, policies, and applicable requirements.

a) Chairperson of the Board

The Chairperson provides leadership to the Board and facilitates effective discussions and decision-making among Board members. The Chairperson ensures that Board meetings are properly conducted and that important organizational matters receive appropriate attention.

b) Board Secretary

The Board Secretary supports the administrative and documentation requirements of the Board. The responsibilities include organizing meetings, recording minutes, maintaining Board records, preparing documents, and communicating Board decisions.

c) Members

Members participate in Board discussions and decision-making. They provide guidance, exercise oversight, review organizational performance, and contribute to important decisions affecting the organization.

4. Directors

Directors participate in organizational governance and strategic decision-making. They examine organizational performance, provide guidance, contribute specialized knowledge, and participate in important decisions concerning the organization.

5. Company Secretary (Personal Assistant of CEO)

The Company Secretary performs important administrative and corporate governance functions. The responsibilities include maintaining corporate records, organizing meetings, preparing documents, supporting the CEO with administrative duties, and facilitating communication among senior organizational authorities.

6. General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for coordinating the organization's day-to-day operations and ensuring that strategic plans are translated into practical activities. The General Manager coordinates different functions, supervises operations, monitors performance, follows up on targets, and identifies problems requiring management attention.

a) Branch Managers

Branch Managers are responsible for managing individual branches and supervising employees. They coordinate daily activities, ensure that organizational policies and branch targets are followed, manage operational matters, and report branch performance and challenges to higher management.

b) Chief Officers within the Company

Chief Officers manage important specialized functions within the organization, such as finance, human resources, operations, or information technology. They supervise their areas of responsibility, provide professional advice, monitor performance, and prepare reports for senior management.

7. Company's Experts

Company experts provide specialized technical and professional knowledge required by the organization. They analyze problems, provide professional advice, prepare technical reports, and support management in making informed decisions within their areas of expertise.

8. Assistants and Acting Chiefs

Assistants support managers and senior officers in performing their daily responsibilities. They may prepare reports, coordinate activities, organize documents, communicate information, and follow up on assignments. Acting Chiefs temporarily perform leadership responsibilities when the responsible officer is unavailable, helping to maintain continuity of organizational activities.

9. Heads of Departments

10. All Staff

All staff members are responsible for carrying out the daily activities required for the organization to operate. They perform assigned tasks, serve customers, maintain records, operate systems and equipment, and provide feedback about operational challenges and customer needs. Their performance directly contributes to the overall success of the organization.
