1. Geography & Population: The ward covers an area of roughly 105.9 square kilometers. As of the 2022 National Census, the population of Kikombo reached 11,269 people, reflecting steady growth from 9,067 in 2016 and 8,343 in 2012.
2. Real Estate & Strategic Growth: Kikombo is currently one of the fastest-growing investment zones in Dodoma. It sits in close proximity to the Mtumba Government City, the Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC), Bunge Secondary School, and the Tanzania People's Defence Forces (JWTZ) Headquarters.
